1. Reservation & Payment Terms

• Prepayment before check-in
• Payment Methods: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), credit cards(master or visa), or cash.
• Breakage fee: Damages and removal of Thabazimbi Guest House will be charged to the customer’s account.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 28+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus a small admin fee of 10%).
• 14–21 days before arrival: Forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
• 7–14 days before arrival: Forfeit 75% of the total booking value.
• Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% forfeiture of the total stay.
• Early Departure:  No refunds are given for early check-outs.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Protocols

• Standard Check-In:  14:00 to 21:00.
• Standard Check-Out: Strictly by 10:00.
• Late Check out Fees:  R200 per hour for unauthorized late departures to cover cleaning delays.
• Late Check in – After 21h00 should be arranged with duty manager.

4. Essential House Rules

• Noise & Events: Prohibit loud music and parties. “quiet hours” ( 22:00 to 07:00).
• Occupancy: Strictly limit guests to the number booked. Note that “right of admission is reserved”.
• Visitors: No visitors allowed inside Guest rooms, and guests recreational areas.
• No dining in rooms
• Smoking & Vaping: 100% smoke-free indoors, with designated outdoor smoking areas only.
